If I sign up today, which issue will I receive?
Subscriptions made before the 27th will receive the upcoming issue.
Subscriptions made on or after the 27th will begin with the following issue.
For example, if you subscribe on May 26, you’ll receive the upcoming issue (#3) mailing June 3. If you subscribe on May 27, your first issue will be issue #4 mailing July 3.
Why does my order say “unfulfilled”?
Your order may show as “unfulfilled” until your issue is prepared for mailing. We mail out around the 3rd of each month. When your issue mails out, you’ll receive an email letting you know it’s on the way.
Once mailed, kindly allow up to 14 business days for delivery.
Can I change my shipping address?
Yes. You can update your shipping address through your subscription account. You can access your account via the 'Welcome to the Funday Press' email, shown here:
After logging in, click "My Subscription" at the top of the screen, then click the "Edit subscription" button, as shown below. You will be able to make changes to your address in there.
Important: please make any address changes by or before the 26th, the cutoff for when monthly orders are processed. If you update your shipping address after the 26th, we will not be able to update the address for the current issue. However, your new address will be saved and used for all future issues.
When will I receive my issue?
We mail issues once a month around the 3rd. After your issue is mailed, kindly allow up to 14 business days for delivery.
Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on USPS volume, holidays, weather, or your location.
I can’t find my tracking number. Where is it?
The USPS mailing option used for newspapers does not include tracking. However, when your issue mails out, you’ll receive an email letting you know it’s on the way.
From there, you can generally expect it to arrive within 14 business days.
My issue hasn’t arrived yet. What should I do?
If it has been more than 14 business days since you received your “on the way” email, please reach out to us and we’ll be happy to help!
Sometimes USPS delivery can take a little longer than expected (ugh!), but we’ll do our best to make it right.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we're only available for shipping within the United States.
Subscriptions
How does the subscription work?
The Funday Press is mailed once a month. Your subscription automatically renews based on the plan you selected, unless you cancel before your next renewal date. Monthly plans renew each month, quarterly plans renew every three months, and annual plans renew once per year.
How do I manage my subscription?
You can view, edit, pause, or cancel your subscription through the account link provided in your Welcome email.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel anytime through your subscription account.
I canceled my subscription. Will I still receive my next issue?
If your payment already processed before you cancel, you’ll still receive the issue(s) you paid for, but you will not be billed again.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards and other payment options shown at checkout.
Can I get a refund?
Because each issue is prepared and mailed on a monthly schedule, we may not be able to refund orders that have already been processed or mailed.
If something went wrong with your order, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
I was charged but haven’t received my issue yet. Why?
Your charge may process before your issue is mailed. However, you will never be charged for more papers than you receive.
We mail all issues together once a month around the 3rd. Once your issue is on the way, you’ll receive an email confirmation. Delivery generally takes up to 14 business days after mailing.

What is The Funday Press?
The Funday Press is a monthly paper full of games, puzzles, trivia, and fun facts. Basically the best part of a newspaper, without the news.
It’s designed to give you something fun to do offline and on paper to make your brain feel good.
Is this a newspaper?
Yes, it’s a monthly paper made entirely of games, puzzles, trivia, and things that make your brain feel good.
What age range is The Funday Press for?
We design The Funday Press primarily for adults. However, we hear from plenty of customers their kids (as young as 8 years old!) love doing the paper too. Some puzzles may need a little help from a grownup, but that's part of the fun!
How often do new issues come out?
A new issue comes out once a month and mails around the 3rd.
Can I gift a subscription?
Yes. You can purchase a subscription as a gift by entering the recipient’s shipping address at checkout. Just make sure to use the correct mailing address so their issue goes to them.
